These trucks carry supplies across Jammu and Kashmir to Leh, the capital of Ladakh. The drivers are proud of their trucks and each one is individually decorated. The cab is kitchen, dining room and bedroom, as well as a space for socialising. The highway is only open from April to September as the rest of the year it is blocked by snow.
